Providing Sourcing as a Service for Commercial Receivables

Our Role

In addition to our proprietary coinvestment activity, UBC provides sourcing and administrative infrastructure for institutional buyers in the secondary commercial receivables market. We identify prime commercial receivables and coordinate the acquisition process.

SERVICES PROVIDER

Technical infrastructure, not advice

UBC operates as a technical services provider, delivering sourcing intelligence and administrative coordination for buyers acquiring assets directly in their own name or through designated entities.

NON-ADVISORY

No opinion on merits

UBC does not evaluate, recommend, or opine on the economic merits, suitability, or expected performance of any asset for any buyer.

TRANSACTIONAL

Whole-asset transfer

Each transaction involves the purchase of a specifically identified commercial receivable or payment intangible in its entirety, with ownership transferring directly between buyer and seller.

Sourcing Capabilities

Connecting platforms
with sophisticated
buyers.

UBC connects established funding platforms with sophisticated commercial buyers. Our service model includes:

Parameter-Based Asset Identification

We filter opportunities against buyer-specified parameters, including industry exposure, factor structure, duration, and collateral profile, and renewal status, surfacing assets that match stated requirements.

Wholesale Market Access

Through long-standing relationships with established originators, we identify commercial assets that are often unavailable through retail or publicly marketed channels.
