Institutional Sourcing
Sourcing and administration for commercial receivables
Our Role
In addition to our proprietary acquisition activity, UBC provides sourcing and administrative support for institutional buyers in the commercial receivables market. We apply our own investing discipline, more than a decade of payment data, and wholesale origination access to source whole commercial receivables.

buyers
UBC connects established funding platforms with qualified commercial buyers. Our service model includes:
Parameter-Based Asset Identification
We filter opportunities against buyer-specified parameters, including industry exposure, factor structure, duration, collateral profile, and renewal status, surfacing assets that match stated requirements.
Wholesale Market Access
Through long-standing relationships with established originators, we identify whole commercial assets that are often unavailable through retail or publicly marketed channels.
Collateral & renewal status
Administrative & Clerical Support
