• Failure to repay may result in legal action and negative credit reporting.

• By signing, faxing or emailing, you certify that (i) you are authorized to apply on  behalf of the company whose full legal name appears above under the Company Information portions of the Loan Application for a business loan from us and (ii) all information you provide with the Loan Application & other supporting documents is true and complete & that you will notify us of material changes to such information.

• You understand & agree that we & our agents & assignees are authorized to contact 3rd parties to make inquiries in evaluating your Loan Application (including requesting business & personal credit bureau reports from credit reporting agencies & other sources) or for any update, renewal, extension of credit bureau name & address.

• You understand & agree that we may provide credit & other information from the Loan Application & on signing individual(s) & the company with 3rd parties who may use the information for any lawful purpose, including for the purpose of offering credit and/or other products and services to the signing individual(s) and/or the company.

• To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal Law requires us to obtain, verify, & record information that identifies each person who cashes checks, wires funds or engages in other financial services with Ultimate Business Capital. We will ask your name, address & other information that will allow us to identify you. We may ask to see your drivers license and other identifying documents.

• SMS/Text Messaging Terms

• By providing your mobile phone number and submitting this application, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Ultimate Business Capital at the phone number(s) you have provided.

• Types of Messages: You may receive automated text messages including but not limited to:

• Loan application status updates.

• Document requests and reminders.

• Appointment confirmations and reminders.

• Account notifications and alerts.

• Customer service messages.

• Occasional promotional offers related to our financial services.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your loan. application status and account activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, with higher frequency during active application processing.

• Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

• Replying "STOP" to any text message from us.

• Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone plan. Ultimate Business Capital does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your text messaging plan.

• Carrier Participation: Text messaging services are available on participating carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Check with your carrier for availability.

• Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue text messaging services at any time with notice to you.

• Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your mobile phone number and messaging data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
